What to expect from my consultations.

We now know that compassion is a crucial contributor to wellbeing and healing. As Dr. Brene Brown (social researcher) suggests, "compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity.” Compassion is also action-oriented, intending to put into practice the desire to help. Therefore, in each consultation, my intention is to create a safe and compassionate space, where each person feels fully seen. I have an holistic view of medicine, which entails focusing on body, mind and spirit. We will discuss your life story, and your personal, social and environmental contexts. This will allow designing a treatment plan that is tailored to each person's needs. My main goal is to help people connect with their bodies and their individual nature. Thus, there is a major emphasis on bringing balance to the body through lifestyle approaches such as nutrition, sleep, movement, psychological and emotional wellbeing and relationships.

Area of special interest:

• Support for people with cancer or recovering from cancer and their family/caregivers. Cancer is a very vulnerable situation, which is experienced differently by each patient/caregiver/family member.

  • Please note that I am not an oncologist. My goal is to provide supportive care alongside your extended clinical team.

• I use a broad range of modalities in integrative care, including psycho-emotional support, nutrition and lifestyle approaches, supplementation, microbiome modulation, and complementary modalities (including yoga).
